Robert brings over 15 years experience of specialized construction background to the company. He has participated in the investigation and remediation of numerous facilities which had problematic building envelope conditions. 

As a result of building envelope leakage and/or improper HVAC designs, many cases resulted in mold contamination which then created poor indoor air quality and health concerns. 

Mr. Gallagher also is the president of Procon & Associates Inc., a general contracting firm specializing in building facade repairs.
