Chuck’s experience in the Armed Forces and private industry has taken him from hands on field work to providing expert solutions in the environmental field. Chuck’s high commitment to safety and excellent ratings is reflected in his adherence to all OSHA, EPA and state regulations.
By his constant training of his employees and governing state rules, Rhino is known in the industry as the company you can call and count on to get the job done safely, on time, and under budget. Chuck Provides leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. He develops strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and goals to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He oversees the company’s internal operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
In his spare time, Chuck enjoys the outdoors, boating, fishing, motorcycles, and camping, along with spending family time and participating in activities with his wife and four sons. He has recently picked up cycling and completed his first 100+ mile race in 2017.

Jake Smith's Bio
As President, Jake helps oversee and manage the business but he also goes and looks at potential jobs, meets with clients, bids work, and manages projects from start to finish.
Away from work, he enjoys being with his wife, his children, and his English Bulldog “Tank”. He enjoys living at the beach and making the short trip to the mountains. He enjoys fitness and having an active lifestyle, watching Professional and College Sports, Fishing, Boating, and Cycling.

John “Jay” Neer
John “Jay” Neer's Bio
Jay has over 15 year’s experience in warehouses. He has worked in facilities as small as 35,000 square feet all the way up to 85,000 square feet and responsible for inventories over one million dollars. He also has over 2 year’s experience in purchasing.
Jay enjoys cooking and traveling with his family in his spare time. His goal is to visit all 50 states.
Scott Falin
Scott Falin's Bio
Over the years Scott’s responsibilities grew from production to project management, staff management, and eventually business development. Along the way he has received training to include scissor lift/boom lift operator, fork lift operator, mold remediation supervisor, blood born pathogen, meth lab clean up, and many classes pertaining to drying in commercial properties.
Now, with 22 years’ experience, Scott is a key member of the Rhino Team leading the Emergency Service and Drying Division.

Charles “Dakota” Smith
Dakota Smith's Bio
Dakota has worked his way up from hands on in the field work to assisting in day to day operations, pursuing potential jobs, bidding work, and project management.
Dakota achieved the highest rank attainable in boy scouts of America (BSA) “Eagle Scout” in his teenage years. In his spare time Dakota enjoys weight lifting, cycling, playing airsoft, hiking and camping. He also enjoys grilling, shooting at the range, sports entertainment, and traveling to new places.
